We're Building a Global Network, with Your Help!
Our Story
We are dedicated and experienced first responders who have walked the path you're on now. We understand the unique challenges and triumphs of a career in public service. We are building a network that is more than a collection of individuals; it’s a family of pioneering women—often called “glass breakers”—who have overcome countless obstacles to forge new pathways for others. We've faced the same hurdles, fought to find our place, and celebrated many of the same victories. By sharing our experiences and insights, we aim to support and empower future generations of female first responders, helping them thrive and succeed.
Are you retired or transitioning out of public service? Many of us have faced the real struggles of redefining our identities and discovering new passions in retirement. During those moments of doubt and introspection, we found the transformative power of community, support, and shared experiences. Don’t view retirement as the end of your story; see it as the beginning of an exciting new chapter—one filled with growth opportunities, enriched by new connections and resources, and plenty of fun along the way. Let us help you navigate this journey and find fulfillment beyond your service years.

Vision
We envision a world where every female first responder can embrace her unique strengths, chart fulfilling paths and leave a positive mark on society. Together, we foster a legacy of resilience, purpose and empowerment, inspiring generations to come.
